CreatorLift.ai (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use CreatorLift.ai. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2.1 Account Data

  • Email address
  • Name (if provided)
  • Password (encrypted, never stored in plain text)

2.2 TikTok Data (when you connect your TikTok account)

When you authorize CreatorLift.ai to connect to your TikTok account via TikTok's official Login Kit API, we access and store:

  • TikTok username and display name
  • Profile picture URL
  • Follower count and following count
  • Video performance metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, watch time) for videos you choose to analyze

We do not access your private messages, drafts, or any data beyond what is explicitly listed above. We do not post to TikTok on your behalf.

2.3 Usage Data

  • Features used within the app
  • Hook scores and content roadmaps generated
  • Session timestamps and general usage patterns

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and improve the CreatorLift.ai Service
  • Generate personalized growth strategies and content recommendations
  • Analyze your TikTok performance and provide actionable insights
  • Send important account and service notifications
  • Improve our AI models and recommendation quality (using anonymized data only)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your TikTok data for advertising purposes.

4. TikTok API Data — Specific Disclosures

In compliance with TikTok's API Terms of Service:

  • TikTok data is only used to provide you with growth analysis and recommendations within CreatorLift.ai
  • TikTok data is never shared with or sold to third parties
  • TikTok data is stored securely and deleted upon account deletion or access revocation
  • We only request the minimum permissions necessary to provide our Service
  • You can revoke CreatorLift.ai's access to your TikTok account at any time through TikTok → Settings → Security → Manage App Permissions
  • Upon revocation, we will delete all TikTok data associated with your account within 30 days

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted in the EU West (Paris) region. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure users can only access their own data, and regular security audits. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable steps to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete all your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law. TikTok data is deleted immediately upon account deletion or access revocation.

7. Third-Party Services

CreatorLift.ai uses the following third-party services:

  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • Anthropic Claude API — AI-powered analysis and recommendations
  • Vercel — hosting and deployment
  • TikTok Login Kit — TikTok account connection

Each of these services has their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

As we operate from Estonia (EU), you have the following rights under GDPR:

  • Right to access — request a copy of your personal data
  • Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your data
  • Right to portability — receive your data in a portable format
  • Right to object — object to processing of your data

9. Children's Privacy

CreatorLift.ai is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately at hello@creatorlift.ai.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
