By accessing or using CreatorLift.ai (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. CreatorLift.ai is operated by Novruz Fenerium (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Description of Service

CreatorLift.ai is an AI-powered growth tool for TikTok creators. The Service provides content roadmaps, hook scoring, profile analysis, and growth strategies. Some features require connecting your TikTok account via the TikTok Login Kit API.

3. TikTok Integration

CreatorLift.ai integrates with TikTok's platform via official TikTok APIs. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize CreatorLift.ai to access:

• Your public profile information (username, display name, profile photo)
• Your video performance data (views, likes, comments, watch time)
• Your follower count and growth metrics

We only access data that you explicitly authorize. You can revoke CreatorLift.ai's access to your TikTok account at any time through TikTok's app settings under “Manage app permissions.”

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to use CreatorLift.ai. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate TikTok's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or extract data from the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate TikTok's algorithm in ways that violate TikTok's policies

6. Beta Access

CreatorLift.ai is currently in beta. The Service is provided “as is” during this period. Features may change, be removed, or become unavailable without notice. Beta users who receive complimentary access do so at our discretion and access may be modified at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of CreatorLift.ai — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of CreatorLift.ai and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CreatorLift.ai does not guarantee specific results, follower growth, or viral content. Growth strategies provided by the Service are AI-generated recommendations and do not constitute a guarantee of performance. TikTok's algorithm changes frequently and results may vary.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorLift.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of TikTok account access.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
